Cause Friends are my Family....

Every poem I write, I have some or the other thought behind it. Some feeling, some memory or some person forces me to write a poem and I, with the pen and the paper, become POETIC for that particular span of time. So here is a poem that I wrote for my Friends, new and old, close and far.

You entered my life as a sweet stranger,

But you are today my unbeatable power.

You know the best in me,

You've seen the worst of me,

You've heard the untold me,

But you still love this crazy me.

Your presence builds up a strength in me,

Your long lectures were a power-up to me.

You know me more than I do,

You care for me more than I know,

You've heard my heart cry,

But you still continued to be on my side.

So yes my dear friend I am no one without you,

And for the whole of my life I will always need you.

Don't you ever dare to leave me alone,

Because I'm scared my death will be preponed.
